Graduation Campaign 2016

The Union offers events & activities for grads each year. This year we aimed to pull them all together to leverage our organization as a whole with an integrated campaign.  Marketing took the lead on this campaign and reached out to various departments within the Union to solicit ideas for events & activities that fit into our vision for becoming “the place to be” during graduation weekend.

Deliverables included:

• Advertisement (The Weekly)
• Digital signage, pre-promotion and wayfinding/informational during weekend events
• Kiosk poster & Banner at our buildings
• Web landing page (union.wisc.edu/graduation) & multiple event listings
•Social Media campaign
• Email campaign to all graduating seniors (45% open rate)
• Email follow-up post-event
• Marketing-led Events:  Return of Terrace chairs, Cappy Hour graduation cap decorating, Grad Photos at both buildings
• Weekend-specific materials
• Rack cards in MU information kiosks
